1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or by dealing with Animesh Maheshwari HUF (ARN-147412) in any manner, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use this website or our services.

2. What We Are, and What We Are Not

Animesh Maheshwari HUF is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor and SIF Distributor. We are not a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser, not a Portfolio Manager, and not a Research Analyst. Any advice we give is incidental to the distribution of the product, and we charge you no separate fee for it. We do not manage, hold, control, or operate your money or your folio at any time. Every payment you make goes directly to the Asset Management Company through banking channels.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to persons competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, who have completed KYC through a SEBI-registered KYC Registration Agency (KRA) or the Central KYC Registry (CKYCR), and who are eligible to invest under the applicable scheme documents and under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) where relevant.

4. No Assured Return

Nothing on this website and nothing said or written by us amounts to a promise, assurance, guarantee, or indication of any return. Mutual fund and SIF investments carry market risk, and the value of your investment may fall as well as rise. Past performance does not indicate future results. Any illustration of returns shown to you uses an assumed rate not exceeding 12% per annum and is given only to explain how compounding works. It is not a projection.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Reading the Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM), Statement of Additional Information (SAI), and the Riskometer before investing.
Providing accurate and complete information.
Keeping your contact details, bank details, and nomination up to date.
Checking your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) and reporting any error or unauthorized entry without delay.

Security Notice: You must never share your PAN, one-time password (OTP), folio number, net-banking password, or M-PIN with any person, including our staff. We will never ask you for a one-time password.

6. How Transactions Are Processed

Transactions are placed only against your written or electronic instruction on an exchange or industry transaction platform. They are subject to the cut-off timings, minimum amounts, allotment rules, and settlement cycles prescribed by the Asset Management Company and the platform. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete instructions, insufficient funds, pending KYC verification, or systemic failures of platforms, banks, or Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs).

7. Our Remuneration

We receive trail commission from the Asset Management Company on the schemes you hold. It is paid out of the Base Expense Ratio of the scheme, is not an additional charge to you, and does not increase your cost of investing. The scheme-wise brokerage structure is available on this website and at our office.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

The content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any scheme. The text, layout, logo, and marks on this website belong to us or to our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Product names and logos of Asset Management Companies belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Links

This website may link to websites operated by regulators, Asset Management Companies, Registrar and Transfer Agents, and other institutions. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are liable only for losses directly caused by our own willful default or gross negligence in performing our distribution function. We are not liable for market losses, the performance of any scheme, decisions taken based on your own judgment, acts or omissions of Asset Management Companies, RTAs, banks, exchanges, or platforms, or any indirect/consequential loss. Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to keep us indemnified against any claim, loss, cost, or proceeding arising from information provided by you that is untrue or incomplete, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law applicable to your investment.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, without prejudice to your right to use regulatory grievance channels through SEBI SCORES and the SMART ODR platform.
